Olivia Rodrigo landed her first film role in 2015 playing Grace Thomas in Grace Stirs Up Success. The following year she began playing Paige Olvera in Disney Channel’s Bizaardvark, which ran for three seasons. The California native was cast in High School Musical: The Musical — The Series in 2019. She plays Nini on the Disney+ series. Rodrigo signed with Interscope Records and Geffen Records the following year, releasing her debut single, “Driver’s License” in January 2021. The track debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, coming in as the top-selling song of the week. Rodrigo also made headlines for the lyrics in the song, which fans think are about her rumored feud with High School Musical costar Joshua Bassett and Sabrina Carpenter.
